Comment: "In this exhibition, I started thinking about exclusionary metaphysics and hegemonic fixations in our world of art. For every imaginary line building categories, groups and hierarchies in this show, I saw a diameter of some hidden circle, arcing in and out of every painting. The nodes on these circles, the paintings here displayed in full glory, were the interstitials of yesterday's hegemonies, once their very cardiovascular system, tucked away in the boundaries. We have a new set of nodes today in Barry's metaphysics of 'image'. Who will be left out tomorrow and what will be the damning metaphysics? But hey, what a show!" - JayZee
